IP Protocol Number for Access-List
When we use extended access-list in the Cisco router (version 12.4(15)T1), there is no enough IP protocol number to map to real protocol. For example, there is no IP Protocol Number for OSPFv3 (89) and IPV6IP (41) Tunnel.
