<h3>Ingredient: (dozen)</h3>
<ul>
<li>water              180g</li>
<li>egg                  40-50g</li>
<li>sugar              50g</li>
<li>salt                  4g</li>
<li>butter milk    30g</li>
<li>Gluten            5g</li>
<li>Bread Flour   360g</li>
<li>Instant Yeast  4-5g</li>
<li>butter             30g</li>
</ul>
<p>Step 1. Combine above ingredients in order, except butter, into the bread machine and set for dough cycle. Once the dough has been formed and kneaded for a while, put butter into the machine and continue kneading, until the whole process finished. The whole process usually takes 1 1/2 hours until the dough has doubled.</p>
<p>Step 2. Take out the dough and <span id="ctl00_CenterColumnPlaceHolder_FullArticle">deflate it to </span><span id="ctl00_CenterColumnPlaceHolder_FullArticle">expel the gas, place for 10 minutes.</span></p>
<p>Step 3. Put the dough on a lightly floured surface, cut into 12 pieces (55-60g each piece) and shape as desire. Cover and let rise for 30-60 minutes.</p>
<p>Step 4. Heat the oven for 375° F, bake for 12 minutes.</p>
